Doldrums

I've finally forced myself to put up a second post after a week of staying away from the blog, not that i've got nothing to put in a post, rather i just haven't been motivated to sign in and put it to words. Fizzix just finished yesterday putting an end to most of AS. With only chem left the next two weeks are going to be a real drag thanks to the idiots who wrote the time-table at cambridge. I'm sure most of those who've got nothing to do the next to weeks are going to be stuck in limbo over whether to start doing A2 or relax and worry about it later. Revising for chem is also going to be troublesome. i predict i'll be contradicting myself ' chem's my worst subject, got to make good use of these two weeks!' then ' nahh we've got two weeks i'm sure i can take it easy'. I guess i'll have to tackle that along the way. For now it's friday evening, the maths SAT 2 is tomorrow and i'm still struggling to get the concept of elipses and hyperbolas and work with my damned fx-570ms when the paper's been designed for people who are allowed to use graphical calculators. Damn the cambridge idiots who seem to be 20 years behind the rest of the world and deny the use of graphical calculators. I've got a rant about download engines coming up but i'll save that for later depending on whether my 'lost in translation' comes in or not. ~ ciao~

Vertigo

Vertigo - sensation of dizziness when one's balance has been disturbed. Ten minutes of looking in the dictionary coupled with Tanmay's suggestion to look in V yielded that. It's hard enough to figure out what to put on your first post without a paki (in this case Faiz) bugging you to check your SAT scores. Somehow i figure it's pretty boring to write about 'how long i've been thinking of putting a blog up' or 'what i'm going to write in it' which you'll find out pretty soon once i do get around to thinking enough to fill a post in. Right now i'm running out of ideas of how to keep this post going without making it seem like much ado about nothing therefore i'll give you leave to move on to the next blog.
